Experienced Managers Needed

Must have a minimum of a Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care,
excellent leadership skills and a passion for supporting young adults with
learning difficulties, autism, complex medical needs, and behaviours which
may be challenging.


Salary: Starting at £34,000 with regular opportunities for paid overtime


At Harriston Homes Ltd. we are delighted to have extended our services by opening
new Residential Homes in Dunstable and Silsoe. All our homes are small with a
maximum of 5 bedrooms and are located in quiet leafy residential areas. Our young
adults regularly access the local community as well as exploring farther afield with
support.


Our vision is to make a positive and lasting difference to young adults living in our
homes. We provide young adults with high quality homely accommodation, as well
as supporting them to move towards independent living, educational achievements,
and work experience etc.


Our Managers play a vital role within the team. Your excellent leadership skills will
enable you to lead and inspire our teams, in empowering our young adults to live as
independently as possible and to achieve their personal aspirations.
Our Managers are supported by a Registered Manager, and as the on-site
management team, they will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service.
A driving licence is preferable.
